How pricing works
Rates vary by season, by day of the week and around events like Glyndebourne, Charleston Festival and Bonfire Night. The price for your dates is calculated live and shown in full before you pay. It is the same nightly rate as on Airbnb and Booking.com, without their service fees.
Minimum stays vary by season and are longest over Bonfire Night. The calendar only offers stays we can accept.
As a guide, nights start from around £175 in winter and rise through spring to summer peaks, with the highest prices over Bonfire Night. Pick dates on the calendar to see exact nightly rates.
Two discounts apply automatically: 10% off stays of seven nights or more, and 10% off bookings made within 14 days of arrival. Online bookings need at least a week's notice; for anything sooner, message us.
What's included

Plus a £150 cleaning fee per stay, shown separately in the price above and on the booking page. No other charges. Sleeps 6–8; the price is for the apartment, not per person.
Paying and cancelling
50% at booking, the balance 14 days before arrival. Bookings within 14 days of arrival are paid in full.
Payments are non-refundable, so please take out travel insurance. No security deposit; just tell us if something breaks.
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. No pets on short stays, no smoking. Full terms and booking policies.
